I went to AC&W School at Biloxi, MS. Then back to Lackland for duty with the 741st AC&W Sq. I was there from 1956-1960. I really enjoyed my job as Radar Operator and all of the other positions you perform as well. I remember 1Sgt Jones, a great guy and very firm. Our Squadron Cdr was Maj Moore. After leaving the Air Force I joined the Army and was assigned to Nike Ajax/Nike Zeus units. The time spent with the 741st AC&W Sq. was just super duty. My fellow Airman really made it nice to work there. You have a grreat site here and thanks for allowing me to post a note. I retired from Randolph AFB as GM 13 Branch Chief of Flying Training Special Computer Systems.
