In comparing these 2012 "Google Street Views" of the former Odon GFA to my pix taken in 2001, I see one big difference: those tall cylindrical gasoline tanks that used to be behind the building are no longer there.

July 2001 photos and notes by Tom Page

A view old the old GFA facility from the nearby road. Reportedly, the present-day owner operates a gas filling station in Odon, and uses the GFA site for fuel storage (note fuel tanks). [looking east-southeast]

A closer view, from the site access road / driveway on the west side. The radar-equipment section of the building is in the foreground, and the diesel-generator section is in the rear to the right (east). [looking ~ east-northeast]

The north end of the building, seen here, is where the radar tower once stood. [looking south-southeast]

All three radar-tower foundations, of which two are seen here, are still extant. [looking south]

The rear of the GFA facility. The diesel-generator section is to the left (east). [looking south-southwest]
