This former gap-filler annex (GFA) was initially assigned to Custer AFS, MI (P-67, Z-67). It was reassigned to Selfridge AFS (AFB), MI (P-20, Z-20) in 1965 when Custer AFS ceased air-defense radar operations. At that time, the gap-filler annex's designation changed from Z-67A to Z-20G. The site operated an AN/FPS-14 radar the entire time of its operation, 1957 - 1968. The facility is now privately owned.
