Taken by Mr. Bruce Butters of Blue Mountain Lake, NY, after the Air Force gap-filler radar annex had been decommissioned. Mr. Butters used to work in the fire-lookout tower up on Blue Mountain where the radar facility was located. As seen here, the radar tower had already had its antenna deck removed when this photo was taken. The fire-lookout tower is also seen to the left. [looking south]
