All new guys had to wear this plastic banana whenever they were in uniform. If discovered not wearing the banana, you would have to buy that person a drink at the club. You would continue to wear the banana until somebody new came along, and then you would award it to them. LOL! Fortunately, I didn`t have to wear it that long. BTW...I was a mere 21 years old in this photo.
