The AN/FPS-6, as it originally appeared, and then as it appeared on a recent dive to the tower.

An internal stairway as it originally appeared, and then as it appeared on a recent dive to the tower.

Col. (then Capt.) Bob Cutler in the Admin office of Tower 4. Photo was taken in mid 1959. Note two items in this photo that will be visible in the next two photos taken during a recent dive in the same area of TT4. [Col. Cutler`s photo, which is in Chuck Zimmaro`s collection]

a) Note the I-beam just to Col. Cutler`s left with the power cable and double outlet.
b) Note the tins of 16mm movie films sitting on top of the file cabinet in front of Col. Cutler`s desk (behind the floor fan).

This is the same corner where Col. Cutler`s desk was situated. Note the power cable dangling from the I-beam in the right-center of this photo.

This is Col. Cutler`s chair, which was lying in the debris at the bottom of the Admin. office. Note the 16mm film tin (with a small starfish at the 3 o`clock position) on it, just below the chair. Note also the actual 16mm film with the emulsion washed off it located between the bottom of the chair and the top of the film tin.

The mess hall in TT-4. Note the 40-cup coffee urn and food tray rail.

This shows the carnage and wreckage strewn around the kitchen area, two decks down. Trays, carts and miscellaneous equipment can be seen covered with silt, and pipes and cables drape across much of the debris in this area. Note in the right side of the photo, is the large (40-cup) coffee urn still resting on the end of the food serving counter.
