Radar Tower & Building Identities

After further analysis, I am quite sure of the radar tower identities. Recall that, when you and I (Gene) visited the site, we found two cable troughs crossing the N-S road to its east side; that verifies that two radar towers indeed were east of the road. Now we can see that one was an Air Force AN/FPS-6 height-finder radar in an arctic tower with radome, and the other was an Army AN/FPS-6 (or -90) height-finder radar on a temperate tower. All the other Missile Master sites had two Army AN/FPS-6 height-finder radars, so this site almost certainly did, too ... as the shadows suggest. Other "Recent Photos" verify the locations of the other Air Force AN/FPS-6 height-finder radar tower, as well as the AN/FPS-26A height-finder radar (also seen in a vintage photo). Also, another "Recent Photo," http://www.radomes.org/museum/photos/recent/SelfridgeFPS-26--1.jpg, verifies the Heating Plant and its smoke stack.
