This is the traditional class flag upon graduation. I believe we were the last class to do this. The class number is 23099 and the unreadable verbiage on the PPI display says, “Handle With Care – RADAR SYSTEM” with the Beetle Bailey™ character about to give it a little touch with a Brogan.
