Site Location
In Clearwater County, Township 148 N, on State Highway 92 app. 7 miles north of Bagley and 6 miles south of Clearbrook, MN
Site History and Findings of Fact
0.45 acres were purchased in April 1956. The Air Force constructed the site, which was operated by Wadena Air Force Station personnel until February 1969, when it was declared excess and conveyed to the Minnesota dept. of Highways. The radar tower was removed in 1992. At the time the report was issued in 1994, the facility consisted of one masonry building, and the security fence.
